MovieChatterIn this special episode, Andrew calls up Chris Ordal, the writer-director of the new film Earthwork, which premieres in New York this weekend.  Earthwork stars Academy Award nominee John Hawkes (Winter's Bone) as real-life artist Stan Herd as he attempts to make a crop portrait (or "earthwork") in the middle of New York City.  Tune in as Chris speaks candidly about the difficulties of making a first feature-length film, the current state of independent film distribution, and various tangents related to the philosophy of art.

MC #151: SXSW 2011 – Advance Thoughts on The Beaver
