Runout times from Sigma

Some times may be off due to spawn positions and jump patterns.
Generally the faster listed soldier times will outdistance the medic or take
too many jumps without a specific plan for healing/health packs; slower
times indicate moving with the medic, or outdistancing the medic quickly
and moving slowly after to get crit heals.
Times for arrival usually indicate when someone can see the point, but in
cases like granary, indicate when a player arrives through the door. It will
likely take until 32-31 for a solly with medic or outdistance -> crit heals
solly to be able to jump the enemy box (meaning you can abuse the crit heals
at 35 to get 300/300 sollies jumping at 32-31 and 31-30).
I'll add more maps/timings and correct timings over time.
