  • Every employee on a social network is a potential free ad. Rather than shut them down, companies should be figuring out how to leverage their employee base to create a strong social media footprint.
  • The fact of the matter is that people will "waste" time at work, the goal is to find things that aren't actually a waste, like email, computers, and social networking
