LC_010: Loose Threads

Posted by Erik On December - 11 - 2008

This week we take a look at various mysteries of the island we fear the writers and producers may never resolve.

UPDATE: Check out the comments. Feraledge caught a pretty ridiculous mistake I made. I have no idea how that managed to slip past me for so long. [sigh] Anyway, good catch.

  1. feraledge Said,

Ms. Hawking and the Judge on the tattoo episode are no way the same person.

  2. Erik Said,

Yup. You’re absolutely right. And yes, I now feel like an idiot. :)

And so I went back to look at the various places where I’d seen it referenced (I wasn’t the only person who believed them to be the same person), and apparently everyone else in the world figured it out and corrected themselves except me.

Congratulations! You’ve won our very first “no-prize” (as in, there is no prize)! We’ll make a retraction in our next episode, credit you with it, and I’m sure Joe and Nathan will give me a proper level of ridicule. [sigh]

  3. qtyled Said,

Dudes, Michael saw Christian. Just before the boat exploded he told Michael he could “go now”. This was outside the cabin and indeed off the island!

  4. Erik Said,

Man, I wasn’t doing too good in that episode, huh? True, Michael saw Christian. That one had totally slipped my mind.

As for “off the island”, I’m standing my ground on that one. The freighter was close enough to the island in my opinion.
